What Are Protection Plans?
A Protection Plan is an optional annual add-on for any individual tag. If your tagged item is reported lost and not recovered within 30 days, we reimburse you — up to the coverage limit of your plan.
Three Tiers
How to File a Claim
1. Mark your item as lost in your QrioTag dashboard.
2. If 30 days pass without recovery, the "File Claim" option appears.
3. Submit your claim with a brief description. We review within 5 business days.
4. If approved, reimbursement is sent to your payment method on file.
